Event Details

You don’t have to get stumped when your manager asks about the ROI of Social Media – there’s an answer, but you’ll have to leave traditional metrics behind!

Join Katie Paine, the acclaimed “Queen of Measurement” as she explains why measuring Social Media is not about impressions or eyeballs but rather listening, engaging, and thinking like the customer. Instead of the platitudes on joining the conversation, measurement is about gauging the bottom line impact of these social conversations.

In this session you’ll learn how to:

  • Define the "R" in ROI;
  • Calculate baseline activity levels; and
  • Measure the impact of engaging in social conversations on your bottom line.

If you can’t make it in person, join us on the livestream at www.ustream.tv/channel/smbseattle or on Twitter using the hashtag #smbseattle.

We’re looking forward to seeing you there!
